Through our online order portal (you can request your login details at ) stating your customer number or send our sales department an email with your customer number, desired quantities and article numbers. 

Shipping order:
Deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium: ordered on working days before 16.00 hours, delivered maximum 3 working days later. with the exception of deliveries via G. Snel (later).

Deliveries in Germany: ordered on working days before 12.00 o'clock, maximum 4 working days later delivered.

Pickup order:
For pick-up orders the following applies: ordered on working days, pick-up is possible the next working day from our location in Lichtenvoorde.

From 5 pallets, ordered before 13.00 hours, pickup next day from 13.00 hours onwards.

Our minimum order value is € 250,- below this amount we cannot process your order.

Your order will be delivered free of charge in the Netherlands from € 500,- and in Belgium from € 1.000,-
Germany from € 1.250,-
Austria from € 2.000,-
Switzerland and Poland from € 4.000,-
Other countries EX Works

Parcel service: costs are determined by the weight. Package may weigh up to 32 kg. For rates ask the office staff.

Notification of a deviation from a delivery should be done within a maximum of 3 working days after receipt. Please indicate on the packing slip and the waybill which deviation it concerns by sending an e-mail to: .

We do not provide a warranty on wear and tear damage.

Additionally the following issues are also excluded from the warranty:

• Rust formation on metal parts, unless explicitly stated that a warranty applies.
• Natural characteristics of wood, including cracks, knots, small holes, and other natural imperfections.
• Changes in polywood material, which may cause irregularities.
• Burn holes in polywood material caused by glass objects acting as a lens under sunlight, leading to material melting.
• Stains resulting from airtight covering of products or tabletops, for example, with a tabletop or protective cover.
• Broken ribs of umbrellas resulting from improper use, including damage caused by the parasol tipping over due to wind or by closing the canopy while the ribs are caught or entangled.
• Minor variations in the leg height of chairs, provided these do not affect normal use or seating comfort.
• Water pooling on pavilion roofs due to excessive rainfall.
• Other issues that, considering the value and type of product, can be regarded as normal.
