• Always use a suitable parasol base.
• Close the parasol in strong winds.
• Do not leave an open parasol unattended in strong winds.

• Only use a suitable combination of parasol and parasol base.
Hanging Furniture
• Check all suspension points before use.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacity.
Decorative Items
• Never leave open flames unattended.
• Keep flammable materials away from the product.

• Always read the instructions on the packaging before use.

Warranty
Lesli Living stands behind the quality of its products.
The warranty applies to products used under normal conditions and maintained correctly. Damage caused by improper use, insufficient maintenance, normal wear and tear, or weather conditions is not covered by the warranty unless otherwise required by law.
Warranty Exclusions
Damage resulting from use is not covered by the warranty.
The following are also excluded from warranty coverage:
• Rust formation on metal components, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The natural characteristics of wood, including cracks, knots, small holes, and other natural irregularities.
• The natural behaviour of polywood material, which may result in minor irregularities.
• Burn marks or holes in polywood caused by glass objects acting as a magnifying lens in direct sunlight, resulting in melting of the material.
• Stains caused by covering products or tabletops in an airtight manner, for example with a tabletop cover or protective cover.
• Broken parasol ribs resulting from improper use, including damage caused by the parasol falling over due to wind or by closing the canopy while the ribs are caught behind one another.
• Minor variations in chair leg height, provided these do not affect normal use or seating comfort.
• Water pooling on pavilion roofs caused by excessive rainfall.
• Characteristics or phenomena that can reasonably be considered normal, taking into account the nature, material, and price category of the product.
Maintenance
A well-maintained product will last longer. Lesli Living has prepared specific maintenance instructions for each type of material.
